Christmas and Chirstmas Eve

Chirstmas morning was spent watching this tv show on flying raindeers... it reminded me on wat is faith and make me feel more christmasy...
Then i head to my grandma's place, where we have BBQ... and it was practically stuffing ourselves crazy.... haha....it was not bad.... i watch santa claus and princess diary.... set the fire and roast marshmallows... we had chicken wings, stingrays, hotdogs, steak, ham, noodles, pasta, strawberries, cherries, blue berries, grapes, sparking juice, log cake and of course... chocolates! we also have ice-cream... but we cant get it down our throat by the time... hahahaha....
the presents were under a huge tree... as tall as me... we follow and exchange policy... hahaha... im quite happy wif my presents this christmas... but i hope more importantly, that people like my presents for them....

Chirstmas Eve was spent wif yihui and his frens... we watch Narnia... it was cool! hee... i prefer the book of course.... anyway.. if u are going to watch it, do not leave the theater immediately bec there is a little sth after the credit roll halfway... 3.5 poporns! Then we had a great dinner at Tonkichi at Taka, it was Oyshi! Delicious! After that we head to PS for ice-cream, admiring the lights of orchard road.... below are some pics for ur viewing pleasure....

Pocket Burnt, Brain Fried

Isnt this always the case as christmas approaches? i go shopping almost 3 times a week... under the disguise of meeting my frens and catching up hahaha.... then i come out wif possible birthday ideas for my 21st birthday celebration... haiz... seeking frens and relatives's opinions... then i must prepare stuffs for mich's sis wedding... all these activites are so fun but they do give me a headache now and then... lucky i can always enjoy a good book from the lib.... they increased the limit of books i can borrow! aint that cool or wat? haha.... finish my books already... looking forward to another visit to the lib!

Heart-warming

it was a great day.... 6/8 of the actmens were there to celebrate Heidi's birthday (not actually day, cos this bz girl got a week of bday celebrations! hahaha)... its great bec all birthday celebrations are great! and because Christmas is around the corner.... we were in Kenny Rogers and the christmas songs were just so catchy and inducing me wif the christmas spirit! hahaha... then my frens volunteer to help if i am going to have a chalet for my 21st bday.... so nice! v touching.... hee thank you! then we went pubbing... its quite nice too... a friendly, unpretenious place.... oh well, i will let the below pics do the talking...

the Sun, Sand & Good Friends

Went to sentosa with my girlfriends (Jes, Liyu, Tian) in our newly bought bikinis (early christmas prezies.. hahaha) then, we tan and chat... eat chips... and took lots of photos.... i wasnt v confident about the phototaking part... i mean.... most gals feel insecure about their bods u noe! but well, close frens rite? so.... anyway... i really enjoyed being wif my girlfriends.. its been a long time since i went to sentosa, and an even longer time since i went wif them... we had sakae after tanning... haha.. no, not the buffet.. just al-carte... and we saw a media corp artist... er... Cassendra sth.... hee, she look better in person i think more normal and she cut not a bad figure too! haha.. so trivial eh?
Anywayz, i rem the good times i had spent in sentosa.... the chalets and bbqs, the tanning, the sight-seeings.... wish i could do all those again...wif my frens of course!

Incredulous - Part 2

well.... you noe wat they say about some things being too good to be true? this is one of them... i found out that the trip is cancel because we are unable to get the airflight tickets.... haiz... plan too late la... of course im sad... but then, that also mean that i can properly celebrate my fren's birthday and that i wont have to owe my relatives a whooping $3000.00! haha.... so funny eh? cant go still like so happy.... well im sure they will be other days... and maybe its just not the rite time for me ya noe?
traveling the world will always be my dream.... and i will definately achieve it! with help from family or frens or by MY OWNSELF!

Incredulous

would u believe me if i say i get to go Japan- Hokkiado(ard 4 days) and Tokyo (ard 2 days), this break? Yup! its true!. i will be leaving Sg on the 11th of dec... should be back on the 17th...
im going wif my relatives... my family wont be going because it just cost too much...
i cant believe my luck! im so glad to have relatives like them... who would include me when they travel etc.... i hope i can repay them back in some way.... soon....

Before and After

it has been another uneventful term at SMU, and well, better uneventful then too eventful... haha... so here is a brief tribute to it:

Prof Chua is a great finance Teacher, he teaches well and facilitate class discussions and gives real life local examples (er hem! hahaha) and also share his passion of finance wif us making some lessons very interesting. (but don't expect me to score in this course!)

Ms. Velina Colins is a great facilator too! she is enthusiatic and friendly...tues mornings are great because of her. she tot me lots of stuff, but most importantly, i felt like i made a fren... hee

Tech & World Change classes pack lots of interesting videos that always glue my eyes to the screens... haha... really enjoyed the videos, but the projects! gosh... wat a killer! however, i gain 2 new good pals because of the class! so.... still a plus!

Marketing class has quite a cool prof, the textbooks are also beautifully colored and the presentations that i watched are not bad!

Sort of regretted my Work&Family course,... but i have to say that it has been an informative class.

okay, since the classes ended, exams are over! it time to get on to the dance floor and party! haha .. just a figure of speech! but this holiday i hope not to burn my pocket too badly... hahaha... but i think.... i definately will! haiz... oh well... work another time! hahaha...
