i am in deep trouble....

after i finish writing this i have to go lie down... thats wat the doctor prescribed... i got severe back sprain... i cant breath deeply, yawn or stretch else my back will hurt. i dun noe how i got it, i just noe that it hurts like hell... im so worried because if i dun recover in time, it might mean something even worse... pls pls dun let that be the case...
